Prose Poem #1
One March Madness I did it. I mean, I literally, in March, went mad. I marched and marched. The further I went the madder I got. I crossed the ides and kept on marching. I got blessed by Saint Patrick. Pisces became Aries and still I pressed on. When finally I reached the end the madness rolled over and I was back to sane. But everyone else was clowns.
The Pariah’s Prayer
Loving Void, I cancel myself unto You. My works be banned, my sponsorships be dropped. If idols to me remain, let them be torn asunder. All that bears my name, rebrand it that I may be nameless before You. Blacklist me from this material plane, O Void, and unperson me into your dark web of the mind, your untouchable realm.
Those are great.
